I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients tell their stories in authentic and newsworthy ways that deliver results. My work has launched new companies, won clients awards in national media, put unexpected places on the map, encouraged people to buckle up and drive sober, and helped forward children's health care legislation in the U.S. Senate.  

I can help design and execute your communications strategy from planning to roll-out and analytics, or help with a specific need including media relations, copywriting, and social and web content creation.

My experience includes work in the health care, technology, transportation, engineering and construction, insurance, tourism, film, retail and nonprofit sectors.

ABOUT ME

As a public relations consultant and freelance writer, I work with clients to develop communications that educate, inspire and affect change.

I was raised on a farm in northeastern Montana where hard work and time well spent with family and neighbors were intrinsic values. After studying journalism at the University of Montana, I began my career at the height of the dot-com boom in Munich, Germany. I cut my teeth working for the international PR agency Weber Shandwick, helping launch American tech companies into the European market. Back stateside, I honed my skills at a successful tech start-up in Silicon Valley before returning home to Montana. For more than a decade, I deepened my craft as a PR account manager with the state's largest marketing agency, executing campaigns across a variety of industries and earning clients statewide coverage and exposure in national markets. 

Now between consulting gigs, writing projects and helping kids with homework, I pass my time with my husband and two sons hiking, skiing and exploring our beautiful Big Sky State.
